Career Exploration

The Boys 2 Men Youth Mentoring Career Exploration Workshop is a unique opportunity for young men to explore the possibilities of their future career paths. This workshop provides hands-on activities and discussions to help young men develop skills and knowledge to help them make informed decisions about their future. Participants will gain insight into their interests and talents, explore job possibilities, and learn how to create a career plan that is tailored to their individual goals. The workshop will also cover topics such as financial literacy, job search strategies, and networking. Through this workshop, young men will gain the confidence and skills to pursue their dreams and make the most of their future.

Community Service Projects

The Boys 2 Men Youth Mentoring Community Service Workshop is a free, weekly program designed to provide young men with the tools and resources they need to become successful, responsible, and independent members of their communities. The workshop focuses on the development of leadership skills, communication, problem solving, and conflict resolution. Participants will learn how to build relationships with other youth, mentors, and adults. They will also gain an understanding of the importance of community service, and how to use their talents and skills to make a difference in their communities. The workshop is facilitated by experienced mentors who provide guidance and support to participants as they engage in various activities and discussions.
